  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • For the cheese component:
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, monterey jack)
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives or green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
